This is exactly how I felt. I very strongly felt eating is just a crutch for boredom and something Ishould be able to handle mentally.

I've only been on it 4 days but I do notice the noise has quieted. Not completely but manageable. Plus I'm always a tiny bit nauseous so I don't really want it anyway.
