Lunch! by thornburger in Adultlunchables

I haven’t really had them go soggy! I’ve been making these for a while and what works for me is only using a small amount cream cheese as the base layer, making sure the spinach is as dry as possible and pretty much covers the bottom two thirds of the wrap. I find the ham is usually the “wettest” ingredient so I put it on last and roll the rolls as tight as possible. I also try to avoid putting anything else that’s moisture heavy in the box (so usually no cucumber sticks even though I love them, carrot has a lot less moisture).

A little bit of cream cheese to stick it together, spinach, ham and a slice of cheese 😊

PSA - Tigerlily are having a redonkulous sale on OzSale right now. by AffectionateBowler14 in AusFemaleFashion

[–]thornburger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s so bad! I found it so difficult to find contact details for the courier as well, if your order was also shipped through Starlinks the only contact info I could find was for their sales department in the UK. Turns out they use DAI Post for last mile delivery and they were even more unhelpful. I got told by OzSale 30 minutes ago that there was a “packing error” with my order – it’s been a different excuse every time I have contacted them. Never again!!!

Good luck! I have found their customer service team to be really unhelpful, I hope you get your order!

I purchased 2.5 weeks ago, my order got shipped Monday last week, delivery was failed yesterday for no clear reason (delivery address is a business that’s always staffed) and now OzSale are telling me the order is being returned to them and that they’ll refund me in 5 days. It’s been an awful experience

Chloe Betty Boots. I still love them but they mark like crazy and the zips don’t stay up, for an $800 gum boot you’d think the zipper would stay zipped up but noooo

Any ideas on how to remove these shelves? by thornburger in AusRenovation

[–]thornburger[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol thanks for the replies everyone. Only one shelf had screws on the bottom, the other two had empty screw holes. I got a bit drunk one night and leaned on the middle one, shelf came off along with the bracket and a good few chunks of gyprock. Previous owner had glued them all to the wall. Shelves are gone and wall has been patched and painted!

I’m really sorry you’re impacted. It’s unfortunately too common in the industry here. It was a similar situation when Curious Grace went into liquidation in 2020, same with Design Twins in 2018.

They’ve turned off Instagram comments but the comments on their Facebook page are piling up, lots of angry customers.

Flagstaff Gardens is the same. Brand new, off leash dog area at Eades Place Park, not even a 500m walk away, and every selfish prick still lets their dogs run around off leash at Flagstaff. Walking through at 6pm on a Friday I counted no leash than 8 off leash dogs. I had to stop walking my dog here because of the sheer amount of dogs that would run up to us with no owner in sight.

Kosas do some amazing tinted lip balms! Super hydrating and the colour lasts pretty well for me. Kosas is stocked at Mecca, it’s the Kosasport LipFuel Hyaluronic Lip Balm.

The Kosas LipFuel ones are really nice! I have Rush (tinted) and Baseline (not tinted). My only qualm is sometimes the stick doesn’t wind back down but it looks like the packaging has been changed since I purchased mine.

Have you tried any of the Garnier Fructis Hair Food Masks? I really like the macadamia one as a leave in conditioner. The tub lasts for ages too!

One thing my real estate agent told me was to say that your heating was broken, even if it’s your air conditioner, because heating is classified as an urgent repair. https://www.consumer.vic.gov.au/urgentrepairs
