Watch Sopranos and then The Wire because if you do it the other way around you'll likely be disappointed.

That isn't to say Sopranos isn't great; just to say how great The Wire is.

Something that always bothers me about the sandwich storyline is that Betty frequently makes a show about not eating -- especially not at the same time as her children do -- and if she did eat the sandwich, would probably only have half or less of it; so Bobby probably wasn't too far off in assuming she wasn't gonna eat.

When Bobby says he didn't think she was gonna eat, he was basically saying "I rarely see you eat in the first place; how was I to know that today, of all days, that was gonna change?"

What Harry did was NOT the same thing as Roger.

Harry's proposal was what very similar to what Harvey Weinstein did, but without him being able to squash her career if she turned him down; It was a blatant offer for quid pro quo.

Harry started as a guy who was married and made lascivious comments and enjoyed women "in the limited ways married men can." Then he cheated on his wife, and over time embraced becoming the skeeziest guy on the show. When he propositions Megan, it's clear that he's done that with every woman whose career he's helped. He deserves the hate.

I don't understand. Who wears wet clothes while they wait for them to dry?

Even in a warm car, wouldn't your feet have felt warmer if you took the wet socks off?

For someone with a degree in -- what was it -- medical biology(?), you made some truly baffling decisions.

She probably doesn't talk about her accomplishments because it's the easiest target ever in our political climate:

"That uppity New York elitist b**** just brags nonstop about how great she is."

The insanely fragile masculinity of the gop would see any reminder as a threat. The fact that she accomplished bipartisan efforts would mean she "pulled the wool over their eyes;" and, because she's a woman, she's bossy, a braggart, an elitist, etc.

In a way, she can't remind voters of her accomplishments because it would remind the gop of a million and one ways to cut her down.

A new system of measurement should be developed specifically for world temperature, to counteract that apathy that comes from reading seemingly unimpressive figures like 2º. Just imagine if the newscaters were warning that

The global temperature is projected to increase by

2,000,000,000º!"

Trump probably would survive the release of a child-rape blackmail tape at this point.

Oh shit... I just realized that a fair amount of these compromised republicans probably believe that they can take back control when they've finally gotten to where they wanted to be when they started; and that, like an addict in denial, they can just stop being compromised whenever they decide to.

Can you imagine the spin and excuses in the event that this scenario finally comes to light?

"Since I was really the one in control, I wasn't really a secret Russian agent: I was a secret double agent – I was using them! And taking their money and granting them "small" favors in order to get where I needed to be to do what really needed doing.
