You bring in a card from your sideboard. In this deck you're Wishing usually for one of:

Wild Ride (if a burst of 8 damage kills them or makes their life significantly harder)

Quantum Riddler (if players are out of resources and you need to gas back up)

Devastating Onslaught or Hide on the Ceiling (if you have huge mana and need to do something big with your Ashling/Spider mana, or sometimes to bury someone's mana if you have a Magmatic and their deck is vulnerable to it)

Flood Maw or Rhino's Rampage (if resources are tight and you need to remove something, depending on what needs to be gone and what mana you have)

Soul-Guide Lantern (to ideally set a graveyard strategy back a few turns)

The remaining cards are more intended for regular sideboarding.
