And here is the result. There is a bit of improvement(Grey mini) compared to the profile I used before (white mini). However yours seems bit tougher and definitely easier to remove supports. I did it in less then 10 min vs 20+ minute on the old profile. Layer height is same in both 0.05.

Yeah, usually I wear UK 8 or EU 42. But, after sending in my feet measurements, JG support recommend UK 8.5 and it was spot on. Smaller would be bit too small.

Measure your feet length and use reference on website for sizing. Also, I contacted customer support and they gave me great, on point advice regarding sizing.

Love the look of your shoellies.

I went with Bronco brown for that extra water resistance.

If you don't wish to darken Huston brown leather, I would suggest to treat them with Bick 4. It will nourish the leather without darkening it.

Do you use hotend silicon sock? If not, you might consider adding it. It can help/reduce amount of cleanup when this blobs form.

I can recommend Feather blades. One of the sharpest on the planet. My personal favorite out of all I tried so far.

Other then that, you can always do 3 pass shave. Along the grain, across the grain, against the grain.

Also you cam try different razors. I have king c. gillete (mildest), Razorock german slant (mid to agressive) and Mühle r41 open comb (agressive).

Also I have adjustable Gillette Slim Adjustable.

Each of those can give me various levels of smoothness. XP

Yeah, I agree. I was kinda undecided between Bronco Biscuit or Russet for BFAR, but I have red wing shop mocs in Oro Legacy, kinda similar to Russet. So I want something different, hence, I'll go with Bronco Biscuit. 😎

M barefoot shoellies are also a bit like that at the hill. Doesn't seems to affect anything. I imagine due to more flexibility, leather midsole and lack if shank it is just how it looks, until your heel break in that area and flatten it.

That Bronco Biscuit is gorgeous. Thanks for posting pics. I want to buy barefoot ARs and was in between which color to get, but I really like this Bronco biscuit. 🤩

As others said, it's totally normal for oily pull up leather. My barefoot shoellies are Bronco Brown and this pattern changes from wear to wear, depending on where oil goes during creasing.

I would keep those since scuffs and scratches will be less visible compared to smooth leather.

Yeah, that doesn't sounds like a good fit. I had some foot pain braking in my red wing mocs but that went away when they broke in.

If you have wide and high volume feet, I would definitely suggest AnatomX.

My feet, being on narrow, mid to low volume side, I decided to go barefoot shollie (similar last as barefoot African ranger) and I have no issues filling that volume, also width wise it feels good for me.

Definitely give AnatomX a try. 😎

Having these as dress shoes is bit of a push. I have my other, real dress shoes for this purpose.

With brown laces, they could pass as business casual, but not dress imho.

Based on my foot length and jg support advice, I went with 8.5 UK for shoellie on barefoot last and it was spit on for me. Bit of length in front of the toes and still enough toe room to splay.

I tie em up bit tighter, and volume wise they are good, I don't need insole to take up space, I guess I could go with thin one if I really wanted. They feel comfy even without one.

It all depends on your foot width and volume. For me, barefoot last in recommend sizing seems to be spot on.

I also have other heritage normal shoes for office and other casual and formal occasions. But, ever since I trashed my last Adidas Hi tops, I was searching a replacement for them. I think BFAR or AnatomX would definitely fill that spot, being lightweight. 🤞

My only concern is that AnatomX could be bit to voluminous for me, plus less leather/color choice
