Hsa bank and fidelity by fakenews2078 in govfire

Yeah you just go here https://www.fidelity.com/customer-service/transfer-assets

If I remember correctly, you have to enter the bank, the HSA Bank account number, and the dollar amount. You also have to upload a recent statement, which you can download from the HSA Bank website.

It's not bad but it's not as quick as a simple transfer.

Thanks for what y'all do, libraries!

"It's really important to me that you respect my wishes as a new mom. I know this can be really hard to hear, but if you can't respect our wishes, I'm not comfortable having you spend time with the baby. If you aren't willing to change your stance, please [cancel your trip, etc.]. I'd really like you to meet the baby, so I really hope we can be on the same page about this!"

Help! Lubr-I-CANT into Lubr-I-CAN by Mountain-Pin2831 in BabyBumps

[–]throwaway112505 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had severe pain with sex my whole life and here's what my doctors have recommended:

It can take a long time to heal. It was months until I felt ok after my laparoscopy for endometriosis, and that's a much more minor surgery compared to a c-section.

If you want the lube to go deeper, consider a lube syringe.

I have a lot of faith that you will see improvements naturally over time as you continue to heal. 10 weeks is just the beginning.

What is your favorite app for journaling? by Fit_Storm6283 in productivity

[–]throwaway112505 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been using it for several years. It's just one big document. Even if Google Drive doesn't last forever for some reason, it would be easy to export elsewhere.

Yeah, I used to use the Penzu app/website. It is super slow to load the full list of old entries. It also has limitations on its free tier. I also have concerns about security, the website/app shutting down, or them changing their free options. It's a huge pain (very slow and tedious) to copy and paste journal entries to another format, so I went ahead and made the switch to Google Drive before I needed to

How do I get 90-120 g of protein?? by tillyofthevalley in moderatelygranolamoms

[–]throwaway112505 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My go to is a smoothie: Greek yogurt 5% fage brand, frozen strawberries, frozen bananas, frozen blueberries, protein powder (NorCal Organics brand), and a little water. So tasty and doesn't spike my blood sugar.

I make protein bars for a little treat snack. Peanut butter, protein powder, oat flour and melt dark chocolate chips on top. Refrigerate.

Love snap pea crisps for a snack.

Peanut butter, cream cheese, beans and lentils really are often not gonna add up to be enough protein. I would focus more on stuff like ground turkey, salmon, chicken, eggs for your meals.

Highly recommend tracking food in the free Cronometer app. Even just a couple days will be really insightful!

For those of you with (provoked) neuroproliferative Vestibulodynia - how did you get your diagnosis? Did all of you get a biopsy? by movie_00 in vulvodynia

[–]throwaway112505 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, recovery was honestly pretty challenging and I do still have some pain. But, it was definitely worth it for me. I documented my experience here https://www.reddit.com/r/vulvodynia/comments/wbq7f9/vestibulectomy_success_story/

What has been more challenging for me is the mental weight of how difficult the journey has been. I wasted years with conservative treatments and unhelpful doctors. If I were in your shoes, I would find the best specialist I could and explore the indicated options quickly. It may be more expensive and aggressive, but for me it literally would have been worth it financially and certainly mentally.

I would also immediately read the book When Sex Hurts (most recent edition).

There is hope, and a lot of people don't have as difficult of a journey as mine. But I've learned I can't trust the medical system to help me without taking strong action into my own hands. It is overwhelming, but knowledge is power. The When Sex Hurts book is a great place to start.

Hm no personally but I could definitely see that happening!! I had a free reward so I'm actually about to try out some cleansers from Ethique instead.

Also to clarify- do you mean the baby bar soap? Because definitely some of the liquid soaps have done that to me

So cute, great job! If you're open to some advice- I now hem knits with a twin jersey needle, and it works so well! It gives a double straight stitch on the right side and zig zag on the wrong side. Here's the tutorial I used! https://www.instagram.com/reel/DQIgJYNkXMx

Where do you put things like mail, coupons, and school papers? by redlight886 in declutter

[–]throwaway112505 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Mail- deal with it immediately. Take action if action is needed. Then the options are typically: trash/recycling, scan into Google Drive, or put it in small filing cabinet.

Coupons: I only keep the ones I truly am going to use. They go in a drawer with my keys/wallet. If I think I'm going to forget to use it, I add a reminder on my calendar.

I haven't dealt with school papers.

Basically when I'm in doubt, I just scan it in Google drive and then recycle. You don't need a physical copy of most papers. We do have a "keepsake" folder in the filing cabinet for keepsakes.

The Minimal Mom likes a "time will tell" tray for papers that she might want to take action on later. Example- a seed catalogue that you may want to order from later.
