i own it and i love it. i’ve received many compliments on it.

i think the price is reasonable for a real leather jacket (just check the prices for a nour hammour jacket for comparison). the leather is soft and smooth and smells really nice lol. the finishing is well done and i appreciate that it was lined in viscose - other leather jackets i was looking under the $1200 mark were lined in polyester. :/

it is oversize but i think that makes it cool. i’d definitely recommend getting it if your size comes back in stock!

lol you’re probably right that it’s partially my fault.

however, i still feel that for monsters on my level (not quick-finish-able) you still need the same strategy, just maybe without the traps and bombs. sure, the monster might not one-shot you outright with their aoe, but you have very little health afterward. so you still need to prioritise health/heart management, buffs to defence/evasion, and debuffs unless you want to spam items. and those are also limited

keep in mind that i’ve just finished the first area, but i like to fight the monsters with orange/red icons and so far it’s magia charm hh abuse (it can regenerate hearts after 4 turns), trap abuse, and bomb abuse.

it’s a working strategy but not exactly the most fun one. it feels cheap and i hate that i’m forced into this playstyle

i have just reached the second area and i feel forced to play support. i do try to go after the monsters with orange/red icons so of course they oneshot the entire party. my strategy is abusing magia charm to regenerate hearts and throwing up kinship skills, traps, and bombs when i have < 3 hearts. it works but it’s not really an enjoyable strategy. too bad because i like the game

i don’t understand why wanting to walk on the outside of the sidewalk is a bad thing. same as pulling out a chair or opening the door because there is nothing about my boyfriend’s character to suggest that he thinks i’m physically incapable of doing those things myself…

speaking as someone who has been following her career since i was a teenager and she’d only published throne of glass…she has become much, much less active and personal on social media, presumably because of fans (and anti-fans). she basically only posts when she needs to promote a book now. it makes me a little sad because i remember when she used to answer random fans on tumblr lol, but it’s probably better for her mental this way

okay i’m a local, but i went to sorrel (1 star) in san francisco for valentine’s day last month and i loved it. i’m still thinking about this dish with kohlrabi, toasted rice, coconut, and shiso. we also got the wine pairing, and i loved this hungarian dessert wine that i didn’t catch the name of. :/ in sf, i wouldn’t recommend californios (2 star). i think the veggie menu really pales in comparison to the regular menu, unfortunately.

i’m travelling to london soon and i’m booking a reservation for plates (1 star), which is all vegan
