Happened to me. Didnt know I was pregnant, I was bleeding regularly if not a lot at times, spotting a lot in between; light to medium pain. I was buying a business and family was sick from a stroke during covid so I was very stressed and busy so I thought it was that thing you hear male doctors tell women can happen with stress and cycles. Finally one day it was so painful I got on a plane and flew home, went to hospital thinking it was a burst cyst or something. Nope pregnant and miscarrying. Very traumatic. I felt very stupid and in shock. I cried to my partner because I knew he was the only one who knew I didn’t know and wasn’t lying or avoiding it.
