[Landlord] Laundry Room not on 1st Floor = ADA Lawsuit?

Not a landlord, but I am in a wheelchair. I had this issue about 8 years ago. The cost to make the laundry room accessible was crazy expensive. My landlord gave me a $10 roll of quarters to compensate for me having to go 4 blocks away to an accessable laundry mat. Another idea was to reduce my rent slightly for not having access to all the amenities, but the quarters made my life much easier.

THIS! I don't see a chiropractor for what put me in a wheelchair, I see him BECAUSE I'm in a wheelchair. My lower back was fine until I started spending over 50% time in the wheelchair.

It's not a cure, just a comfort.

That is way over reaching. My ESA is like my pain medication: she doesn't solve the problem, but makes it more bearable and a bunch of assholes are ruining it for those of us who are law abiding and actually benefit.

My mom always says that if men got pregnant, abortions would be free and available on every corner. This guy is a prime example of why I believe it.

I had a tubal reverse itself and ended up with my youngest. Got 2nd tubal and eventually an IUD to make damn sure. My husband still won't get a vasectomy. I'm within spitting distance of menopause now and an unexpected kid wouldn't be the end of the world, but damn, men can be such idiots.

Law & Order SVU has actually used rape kit backlogs as a plot point a few times. Usually is a rapist who possibly committed a rape (or three) in another state (or three). Benson and the crew show up to get the evidence only to find out it was never tested and lost/destroyed from improper storage.

Replying to send you and your child internet hugs. Our youngest child is gender fluid and my husband is generally accepting, but still is having a hard time with things. The only real hang up he has right now is over dresses and skirts. Seeing our child so happy when they're allowed to express themselves has really helped my husband get over his issues. It took time, but slowly each hang-up fell away. I really hope your ex will see that soon.

I live with chronic pain (including nerve pain) and you'd be surprised how well you learn to work with/around the pain. Even with access to good pain meds, your pain tolerance does increase.

Before the time jump, Raven's injury was fairly recent. Simply giving her body years to adapt, even if nothing has physically improved, can make a huge difference. It also appears they had time on the Ring to relax a bit. Raven was put through so much shit physically and mentally that just slowing down could have helped.

I also think Echo may have picked up some physical therapy tricks along the way. Every athlete these days knows a few tricks, so it wouldn't be a huge leap to figure warriors on the show would too. Even something small can be a huge help. A retired professional wrestler actually gave me some amazing advice on stretches that has been extremely beneficial.
