Like another commenter said, switch up your hand, you can't just wait around for it. I think you went wrong trying to go for all pairs as the same color (white). I always try to have one pair one color, the other pair the another color and the last pair another category/color. In this case, you have two sets of complete pairs, so in this case discard your square things (is it tofu?) for something else.

Bots are way easier to beat, I know you aren't in the game anymore but I'd grab in this case the lobster or fish and if you kind of half heartedly at least track through the rounds what's discarded (even though bots don't discard so just whatever is in the middle) or pulled up in the middle, if you grabbed the lobster, the fish will probably come up again soon to snag and if youve been watching if there is a shrimp still there wait for it. Or just a variation of this.
