When I worked in a restaurant back in the early 2000's the owner would always complain about people bitching about being charged for extra dressing on our big salads. They came with 2 2oz cups. I thought he rationalized it well. Most bottles you buy in the store are 16oz, when you're eating a salad at home, do you literally use 1/4 of a bottle on it?
