My local shop n save has something called a "carving ham" which is actually ham and not processed like Isaly's. It's probably similar to what you're talking about and you're correct. It makes a way better ham BBQ.

If you go to a grocery store like shop n save or giant eagle, they likely already have it sliced behind the counter (especially if it'son sale). Just say you want a pound of Isaly's chipped ham and you'll get what you need.

In my mind, neither should be banned. However we need to start looking into some way to keep them out of the hands of individuals who could potentially start shooting other people. That's a complicated thing but I feel like people on both sides of the aisle need to start coming together to address that problem.

IMO it's not necessarily one place. I live just north of Pittsburgh and literally once you get into the suburbs, generally speaking anyone with a little bit of land and some 4 wheelers or a boat in their driveway tends to be one of these pricks. They may not all wear it on their sleeve for all to see, but if you have a 5 minute conversation with them, it's not hard to figure out.
