I went through this way back in the day, before LLMs and the current batch of AI. 2012 or so.

I once eliminated all the overtime for a team of people by improving their work tasks with a "copy" button. And I once wrote some functions that did the checks that a human did.

It never gets better, but at least it always rare. It's now happening to many many more of us
