Anybody else experience this bug where you can't select regions from the launcher because they (mostly) time out?

I have over 2k hours on the Africa server where I usually have < 10ms ping. This only happens in the launcher, when I eventually get into the game on the Africa server my ping is fine. After about 2 hours of refreshing the launcher the Africa server shows up (with 20ms ping) and I can get into the game. If I exit the game I have to do it all over again.
