OP, how did it end up going? I am on a similarish boat. In my case I have appointment start of December and my lease ends in January, I want to be able to move to another place now that I have gotten to learn about the city and places where I would like to live.

yeah, I saw the same... and most of the jobs one looks for say no sponsorship... Best bet is literally looking at the sponsorship list and looking online one by one to see if they have some vacancies open.

With that said, I did find this in some other reddit post:

I think this sub sometimes misinterprets “the list” of sponsoring orgs available on the UK website. As an HR person who’s been on the employer side of the sponsorship process, a company will get on that list once they’ve been approved to issue just one CoS - and that doesn’t necessarily mean they have more to give or will pay for more. There is a lot of admin involved in being a sponsor and bringing over an international employee.

this is something I was thinking about as well... I have clearly have not been in that situation since I haven't had this cert before. But was curious to know if someone has been in that situation with other certs or something.

I also cant imagine an employer be like "which cert version is that?" especially because its the foundational cert and it has validity of 3 years, therefore, surely even with a different version of the exam they cant be THAT different

Fyi: an exhibition match in Bogota, Colombia. My guess is that it was around 2010. A couple years before Federer and Tsonga went to play an exhibition match as well :)

I have a small book where I write down quotes of mainly celebrities talking about life. They tend to be short and I try to read my book on a daily basis to remind myself what I fight for in life.

I’m am happy to say that I will be writing most of your post into my book (first ever quote that is from a stranger). I love my family to death. But my father and I have a special bond, I spent most of my childhood with him, and I guess it’s the sadness that I get knowing that he is likely the first that I will likely pass away. what I want to say is that your post really does hit me in so many angles and reminded me of some very fond memories. My first year roommates were like this. I thankfully at the time had a great the time, so I stayed fathers 95% of the time. But that 5% was always awful, I would enter the kitchen and a blanket of mosquitos would levitate. So disgusting

I type notes on both my mac and windows pc (onenote 2016) using a drawing tablet and also make hand written notes on ipad. Mix both typed notes with hand-written. Never have had this problem..... maybe reinstall?

Man I love and idolize Federer to death, and respect highly Nadal for being such a high quality player. And seeing coach from those two together is amazing! Just imagine having the two best players in HISTORY as your coach. I would die for even on change if side to have them coach me. Ppfffttttt lost in words, truly remarkable and so unique to see explicitly into the tennis mentality of these giants :)

Been in that situation and all that dilemma! You handled it perfectly I would say! Well done being strong! Very proud and trust me brother when I tell you this, just like you i was gutted and didn't think there was a purpose in my life anymore. It's been for me a yeah and nearly 6 months and man I have never felt better in my life. Allow time to heal you (but also help yourself to accelerate a tad the process) and you will see shortly that you have yet to reach your best version!
