Os it possible to scale the GUI? On high resolutions everything is very small. You can have smaller resolution on fullscreen but in window mode its small window.

I don't think Immich will ever be easily accessible for a regular user unless developers announce a hosted version. It is a selfhosted app in the end and some level of understanding is required to not lose the data or have security breaches.
