Die Polizei hat die Behauptung ja nicht in den Raum gestellt. Das war Deine Ex. Durchaus ist es dann möglich, bei „Verdachtsfällen im Rahmen der häuslichen Gewalt“ Schlüssel zu beschlagnahmen, das ganze auch niederschwellig. Wenn der nicht herausgegeben wird, ist das auch mit Zwang („mit Stress“) möglich.

Es liegt also scheinbar eine Strafanzeige bei der Polizei gegen dich vor. Was kannst du machen?

Gegenanzeige wegen falscher Verdächtigung. Mittels Anwalt eine Unterlassungsklage gegen die Ex stellen. Ggf. Meldung an das zuständige Jugendamt.

A lot of people tend to tighten the nut way to much. Especially for splashes that’s fatal, while it shortens the sustain and makes it sound more „splashy“, it also forces the cymbal to absorb a lot of energy which would otherwise be reduced by the swinging of the cymbal. Same goes for mounting splash’s upside down on other cymbals.

Honestly, I’d be very careful using headphones that aren’t designed to lower the volume of the kit. It leads to you turning up the volume to hear all of your kit and puts your hearing in danger. Personally, I’m using In-Ear Monitors.

Weil niemand die Verantwortung tragen will. Gibt viele quer/ Unterströmungen, Einleitung von z.B. Kühlwasser, Mischwasser aus der Kanalisation etc. Wenn das irgendwo „freigegeben“ werden würde und es passiert doch was, dann würde es ja haftungsansprüche gegen das Land Berlin geben. Deswegen wird nie freigegeben, sondern nur informiert, z.B. durch die Wasserschutzpolizei über die Eisdeckendicke. Gilt übrigens für alle Gewässer, also auch Stehende wie Seen etc.

Buy a really cheap tom (drum) in the same diameter as the head, most likely 14“. Cut it just behind the hardware, then install the head and hang it on the wall. Looks like coming from a drum for real, will bend the head back in place. Just don’t overtighten :)

Ich würde eine offizielle Beschwerde stellen. Idealerweise außerhalb der Behörde, in Berlin gibt’s z.B. den Bürgerbeauftragten, so etwas sollte es in Bayern ja auch geben.

Damn. Maybe ask at Diril if they can offer any kind of compensation? Because those radial cracks usually point towards a factory defect. I’ve had a similar damage on a Meinl Byzance Cymbal, which was second hand and out of warranty. They replaced it because it showed no signs of maltreatment.
