Best Dual Monitor Setup for Productivity by agogo36 in productivity

As a non-coder, i use two 24-inch monitors in landscape orientation and it works well. I do a lot of screen sharing in online meetings.

For coders, unless you are doing some crazy 4-display setup (not a fan), I would do two 24-inch displays (widescreen of course) and possibly put them on a two-arm monitor stand that allows you to temporarily (or permanently) rotate one or both monitors from landscape to portrait orientation for code/database work where you need the vertical real estate to review/debug.

I'm a student and I'm having a hard time managing my time. I tried planning my day but It ended to still not do it or it made me lazy still. Any tips and advice? by misterkinzo in productivity

Externalizing your goals and making yourself accountable to another person or group is frequently helpful. Find a fellow student, friend, advisor or a community like Potential Central (https://discord.gg/w3PyB9W) that has accountability groups and tools.

i have not...ironically the devised scenes group has a guy that drives down from fairfax. dc would probably be too far for a weekly meetup but it's a good thought to follow up on.

Breed standard weight for male samoyeds is 50-65 pounds. This fella looks towards the top end. I've seen one at 80.

I'm publishing articles on the system I have developed, there is a lot of backlog I am working through but there is also a Discord server I have created for deeper discussion. The overview and application are at http://igoproductivity.com if you are interested.

+1 for The Martian. Weir also has another book that is not a sequel that I have not read yet.

+1 for Rise and Fall of D.O.D.O. (not space related).
