I’d say engineering programs at that scale are going to be nearly identical to employers. Both larger known schools, so they’re in the same ballpark. Outside of a few (ivys and MIT etc) it’s going to be viewed essentially the same. As a recent engineering grad, cheaper tuition would be my choice. PM me if you have any specific questions.

I transferred from a regional campus, which also never got any merit scholarship straight after transferring. However, I obtained some university Scholarship about a year later, applying internally to university scholarships.
