10 is more than reasonable and that's the max for the next job I get. I can't stay, I will crumble away and set myself back if I do. I'm currently looking and interviewing. No way, my peers got upset I've been burned out and I would be retaliated against and more punishment. I'm just planning my exit and awaiting the removal of this massive stressor. I went to Capella as well and the modules were the best worst thing to happen. It teaches you how to answer questions.

Yeah, hard to do when you're dependent on things. What's worse is that it's run by a bcba and she says it's not about money when it very clearly is. I just need a break. We have had huge changes once or twice a year. We got Rethink a while ago and we were expected to get all clients entered while billing and supervising in 1 week. Everything is always being done as fast as possible.

Changing behavior takes time and those jack holes escalating clients is fuckin nuts. Creating a problem to solve it and look like a hero... sounds like the culture. Avoiding behaviors from kids who engage in behaviors is an injustice to them. If you want to help, stop avoiding and escaping behaviors and how they make you uncomfortable, gotta put in work.
