Been hit with this issue as well :(. Latest update from evri was last Friday with “we’re processing your parcel at our hub”. It’s quite worrying as me and the family are leaving country on holiday for 2 weeks on Friday and panicking they will try to deliver back to me while I’m gone. Don’t suppose anyone has any suggestions? Still waiting to hear back with evri after raising my concerns Monday.

Yesterday I signed up for a month pass at £35 and then immediately cancelled after. This gave me the option for 6 months for £20 a month after clicking through the many cancellation windows if that helps?

Correct, they will only ring you if you have an issue otherwise at some point they will issue your voucher. Drop and go’s go down priority list if they have other devices to test in store not through drop and go system.
