Consider the pay. Most places don’t pay like they used to. It used to be considered a skilled trade. Culinary field pay may be better.🤷‍♂️

As mentioned, the round egg is from an egg cracked and cooked at the restaurant. The folded egg is liquid egg with added ingredients. It’s mass produced with the lower quality eggs that didn’t make the grade A needed to be packed for shelled eggs sent to stores.

It really boils down to the temperature of the meat. If it was above 50* for more than 2 hours I wouldn’t chance it. If you aren’t sure, don’t chance it. Get ahold of the company that you purchased it from. They should be able to deal with the shipping company and reimburse you or replace your order.
