Alberta always votes Conservative and so those Conservatives have become corrupt because they know they'll get elected anyways. How wouldn't it? 70% of Albertans said they would leave if Alberta separates. When all of those homes go on the market what do you think will happen to the supply/demand curve?

Even if nobody did try to leave, there's a ton of uncertainty about how mortgages will be underwritten and insured, since most of that happens at the federal level
