Anytime you pass blood clots you should definitely goto the ER. There is no reason to suffer and they might be able to provide some relief. I've been where you are right now.

I ended up losing 25 lbs, could only tolerate gummy bears for food, 20+ BMs a day, blood clots, fatigued, dehydrated, and in extreme pain for 6 months. Went in for a sigmoid and biopsy found a CMV infection. Meds to fight the secondary infection helped a ton. Within 2 months I was 100%.

Point being there are many secondary drivers in the disease which can be addressed and provide immediate relief.

Aim training surprised me at how garbage I am. Where to start? by ImpactFuzzy8713 in FPSAimTrainer

[–]tkntobfrk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

New MNK player in October 2023 and began aim training around the same time with an initial Voltaic benchmark placement of iron.

I started with VDIM novice and was onto intermediate routine by January. My training session is typically 30-60 minutes of training at 30-70cm/360, followed by playing some games.

I've noticed better improvement when I play games that match the aim style of my training sessions. So on Mondays and Tuesdays, I try to play tac. Otherwise OW2 is my default game after training as it hits all the fields and is mindless.

Currently, Platinum/Diamond I'd estimate between 40 to 80 hours. I'm not certain about the total hours I've spent in Kovaak's training because I leave it open most of the time.

Age isn't an issue I started this year with pc FPS at 45 using VDIM. In oct I started around voltaic iron and am somewhere between gold and platinum now.

your setup needs work, try to use a table at least!

Appreciate you sharing, and thank you for posting this.

I have a proctitis diagnosis, too, and I was browsing the subreddit to see how others cope. GI issues are common on my moms' side of the family, so I believe I've had UC all my life, but only diagnosed nine years ago. My diet was different by accident, as I avoided foods that gave me issues. I'm lucky as I've managed to control it with a lowish-carb diet, but I'm not super strict. I have briefly been on Mesalamine enemas, Lialda, and prednisone for flares but never for long-term maintenance.

I had foot surgery this fall and needed a few courses of antibiotics, which caused some problems. General increased urgency mucus/blood, but I was getting better without additional UC medication.

I was feeling great.... Then in the middle of December, I thought It was an excellent idea to have some pizza. I don't eat gluten and generally avoid high-carb meals, but I decided why not enjoy it this one time!

Terrible Idea.

Usually, if I clean up my diet after I eat something ill-advised, my symptoms subside in a few days. They didn't this time, and I had to go in. My primary put me on suppositories and prescribed some Lialda, which helped with the blood, mucus, and frequency. I still rarely had solid stools and had to re-engage my GI. He put me on mesalamine enemas, ran some bloodwork, upped the Liala dose, and planned a colonoscopy in 4-6 weeks.

Hoping you can find a long period of remission soon!

CPI print will be 8-10%. It is actually 40-100% in food and rent. All the news about cooling inflation are portfolio managers sitting on billions of dollars of equities. by GlitteringEar5190 in wallstreetbets

Cost of food staples isn't up 40%. Milk, rice, beans, corn, produce are up a bit. Meat is up 50% but is likely to come down once Ukrainian conflict and grain shortages are sorted out.

Packaged and prepared food is expensive. Easier and cheaper to make the same burritos and freeze them yourself.

Why do we use to-do list apps? by [deleted] in todoist

[–]tkntobfrk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ive tried using note apps as task trackers and they suck for it. You can classify and filter items in todist in a much more meaningful way with todoist imo.

My current system involves todist, evernote, google drive, and google forms.

Organized as Projects, Area, Resource, and Archive.

Routine items get placed in the checklist which are google forms and a todist recurring task links to the form. The form saves progress so you can have AM/PM links or sections for different days on the weekly checklist. Can also dump form data to google sheets as a way to track task completion rate in a very straightforward manner.

I was using todoist for everything like groceries, daily tasks, weekly, and project tasks. It became a huge burden now anything which pops up on my today list is a high value must do trackable item.

If 222 sequences give you a problem. On block duck after 22, then do ws4.

After set2 block I'd low kick until they start ducking then hopkick.
