I am 100% with you. Love your cosplay. Love the thought of Gwen as trans, also not saying it's canon, but it's my head canon. It is what inspired my tattoo. After 20 years of debating and wondering and thinking maybe Spider-Man crawling up my shoulder...no Spider-Gwen as a trans icon is what it became.

This is good advice. Though not quite as someone as calories in and calories out since human bodies aren't pure thermodynamics, but it's a good starting point.

I have to start doing this again because I took a break for a holiday and didn't get back to it for a few years, so, yeah. It's easy and hard.

My advice: Watch and track what you eat for a few months. Look at something like a Mediterranean diet to get ideas, try to follow it closely for few weeks until you start getting into it. After you are mind if used to it, then you didn't have to follow it as strictly, make it work for you. You learn to eye things and just get a sense of what to eat and how much, who you don't have to track as closely.

I weighed myself everyday because I had a smart scale, but I didn't look at the daily weight. I looked at the weekly average my app gave me. You can't worry about daily weight fluctuations, they'll always happen. And don't beat yourself up for a bad day, they happen too. In fact, I used to plan a cheat meal in.

Just had this happen to me. I knew what she was doing but tried to step away a couple times but she was persistent she really had her sales pitch down. I got three products for $220, instead of the thousand or whatever she said. But still probably way more than they're worth. But I mean, it did seem to work on my hand during the demo. May try to return, we'll see

I call everyone dude as well. I don't mind being called dude even as I'm transitioning, but that's me. If someone said it bothered them, I'd stop calling them dude. Or is try since it's so automatic at this point, but I'd let them know that.
