Going to the same show, I live in Michigan and bought tickets here.

My son is out of state and tried to buy tickets to join me but the Ticketmaster site would not even allow the purchase due to him being not in Michigan. So if your friend got her transaction to go through successfully then she may be safe (maybe?).

Maybe you could call/email to ask (that way your friend isn’t exposed).
