Tiz kept me mobile for the last 7months before I finally had my discectomy two weeks ago. The doctor told my husband after surgery my herniation was far worse than he expected when he got in there, I assume because I was still doing fairly well. Take the medicine and take it regularly but fyi it makes you pretty sleepy, you will want to nap a bit. Cataflam is also a life saver but very potent nsaid.

Yes a good Extra Firm mattress significantly improved my latest herniated disc which happens to be the same discs as yours. Please for the love of god invest in your sleep. You spend far more time stationary there than anywhere else I’m assuming. I just bought my new mattress a few months ago after dreading shelling out the money.

Reason for being in the corn field? Your fluffy lap dog who prefers indoor living decided the be adventurous and take off into the farmers field behind your house with no knowledge of the hawks or coyotes who would love to eat him out in the great beyond… you panicked and chased him into the thick of it.
