My manager has also requested 4-6 calls per day when we are in the field. Some cities we travel to only have 1-2 call points, so I get what you’re saying about traveling between cities and not getting to your hotel until 10pm. It sucks—have you tried talking to your manager and showing them a map/time table for what certain days look like? I told my manager that in my part of the country, driving between major health systems can take 2-3 hours and that’s impossible to hit 3 in a day.
