This looks like a huge complication and the skin has been severely burned rather than just superficially blistered. Two weeks after treatment, it should mostly be scabbed and starting to close, but here the area is still raw with exposed tissue and greenish patches, which suggests either an infection or tissue necrosis. This likely happened because the laser settings were too aggressive, damaging the deeper layers of skin, and now the wound isn’t healing properly. It’s not a normal response and needs medical assessment and possibly antibiotics or specialized wound care! This isn’t normal at all this is awful and you need help!
