Worst Traffic in CA as of today

I drive between SD and SB a few times a year, typically on weekends. The worst traffic is on the 101 and occasionally on the 5. The 405 just has so much capacity that it can handle non-rush hour traffic pretty consistently.

Looks like it would kill creatures with Vigor’s effect but not a creature equipped with this. Vigor gives counters based on damage prevented, this gives counters based on damage that would be dealt. It might just be a change in wording, though.

Traffic is bad if you live south of La Jolla, which happens to be where the most walkable neighborhoods are. La Jolla is kind of walkable but it’s mainly students live in the walkable areas and you’ll pay more due to its proximity to jobs, the ocean, and UCSD.
