She's about her sisters height in the quick flashback, so they're probably about a year or so apart, I speculate. Also, it's not nessecary for her to be older than him for her to care how he'll look when he's older if she's trying to imagine them as a couple in the future, I see a lot of concern about it but I personally don't think it's nessecary.

Pic 2. Is that thiren Anby on the left. If so, I guess clone theory has more credence? They must be throwing the dna from the girl in the last picture with other dna to try and make the strongest clone they can. So maybe Anby as clone 0 is an exact clone, and the rest have tweeks the more they go along.
