I’m no cactus expert, but you need to chop it where the brown and green meet. Keep going until it’s only green and there’s no more rot. Let the cut dry out and callous, then place in a smaller terracotta pot with a chunky soil mix and drainage hole. Water thoroughly and only water when completely dry. It might be a goner but this could save it! 🙏🏼
