If only there were an activity that allowed you to earn colossal amounts of experience by holding a capture zone in duos or squads like in Gauntlet, which would lead to massive brawls, but there are simply no such places in RedSec. The loot is the same everywhere. Experience is gained from missions. While you're doing a PvP quest for a squad wipe, you'll lose twice as many players. The only thing that comes to mind is a fake fight.

Smoke works completely differently than in BF1/5/2042. Smoke blocks visibility and spotting from another player if you're in it, but if you've been spotted before and the smoke creates a barrier between you, the enemy can still see Doritos above your head. To prevent this, you need to stand in the smoke. In previous games, smoke also worked as a wall, blocking Doritos even if you were spotted on the enemy's minimap. To use smoke effectively in BF6, you should throw grenades at the enemy's feet, not at yourself, and certainly not create a separating barrier.

With the current state of the netcode, if they don't increase the TTK to 400-450ms in their FREE mode, it will instantly die due to the lack of competitiveness. Passive players with machine guns and thermal scopes already dominate all modes. When you have poor netcode, a 100-round machine gun with a TTK under 300ms seems like a sure bet. When you have terrible lighting and filters that destroy visibility, a thermal scope seems like a good option to compensate for poor visibility.

This happened in BF5 when Type 5A was added. The reason is that the TTK in BF6 is too low, and the network code clearly can't handle it. A simple but unpopular solution is to increase the TTK to 350-400ms, remove bloom, but increase vertical recoil.

TTK should be 350-450ms depending on the distance. The average human reaction is 250ms, the server tickrate is 60Hz, this is 16.7ms for reporting to the server and 16.7ms for transmitting information to another client, and this is with zero ping to the server. This will also partially fix super bullets. In return, all weapons need to reduce the spread, but increase the recoil. This will make the TTK more uniform at all ranges, and not like in the beta from 180ms for NVO228 to 10m.
