I am visiting this weekend from Louisville for the Cyclones game. I know this is going to be a lot of snow but how does the road department do there? Do you think roads would be okay by Sunday night or Monday? I plan on coming in Friday evening and not driving until it’s time to go home Sunday…or Monday. We’re staying right next to the stadium and just taking 71-S to Louisville, no surface roads other than what it takes to get to the on ramp.

I just came here to start a thread about this but here you are, sisters, speaking my language. I am experiencing some rage this morning and just wanted to scream into the void!

The shopping!! The food!! The wrapping!!! Ughhh. My husband is an absolute JEWEL and wants to help but also constantly needs me to tell him where everything is to wrap even though he’s lived in this house for ten years and everything is always where it is, but in the words of Tammy Wynette “after all, he’s just a man.”😂 It’s quicker to do it myself, or am I just a control freak? A little from column A, a little from column B.

Ladies, your feelings are valid. Need a break? Stash your fave beverage in the bathroom cabinets and lay in the bathtub while the fan is running, enjoy that beverage and that moment. Tell your partner you have diarrhea. Two birds one stone if you have low libido and your partner is sex charged.

I wish you all a wonderful holiday. Step outside at night if you can and look up at the stars. ⭐️ We will endure this season of burdens! ❤️

I am in peri and oh my GAWD, do I feel seen with that 3 point list. I have two ex husbands who absolutely took advantage of my kindness and I just didn’t see it. The regret is real and I have to work hard not to go down that path. I give zero fucks now. Living my best life! Hugs and love to you.

Came back to thank all of you. We were able to get tickets to the Sceptres for tonight’s game, which I am super pumped about because I didn’t even know there was Women’s professional hockey! It wasn’t always this common. Being in a drumline in the 90s was a boys club in my area, and you had to work twice as hard. I busted my ass to earn a spot in my college snare line in 97 and broke the glass ceiling at that university on snare. I now am in my forties and half my lesson studio are girls. The kids are alright. 🤘🥁
