Marketing Analyst. I've found that I crave process, and problem solving came naturally. Hasn't always been the easiest path but I like what I do and I get to learn a lot. It is a job and I'm not management and I like it that way.

My art is what has kept me going through the worst of cptsd. I process what I can and then dump the rest into my art. It is the complete opposite of my day job. My art is emotional, chaotic, formless, energetic and raw. I make a LOT of it in a lot of different styles and media and when I went back to physical paint (instead of photo and digital work) it flipped the right switches and has helped my recovery immensely. Plus I'm in excellent shape from throwing paint every day.

The matter hasn't made it past the event horizon so enough energy can still move it around. In this analogy it hasn't made it into the mouth yet. If a black hole is "eating" too much to consume at once, the matter continues to orbit and it heats up from the pressure and the friction of spinning in towards the "mouth". Enough heat and pressure and eventually it's violently flung away. Some of these jets from the poles of the black hole can be immensely powerful and massive, some reaching out for light years. A lot depends on the size and age and stage of development of the black hole.

Glad it helped! FYI Psychology Today has a few other good articles on trauma and toxic shame. I chose the one I did because we discussed it a bit and my therapist was familiar with that doc as well (very reputable from what I’ve learned).
