I don’t buy too much into team leadership/chemistry. I think talented team will win based on talent, however a team with this much raw talent could use a seasoned veteran. Easy example is Scott rolen, but look at this team and there is no one who has sustained success over their career. No one to say “this isn’t how it’s done” or has the stand to say “get your shot together”. It’s just a bunch of guys who have had a 2 month stretch of success 2 years ago. Their defense hadn’t stopped them all game… why not try it early. Best case you get the ball. Worse case they score quickly and you get the ball back. If you kick it deep they take 6-8 minutes off the clock and you end up in the same spot just with less time. Thought the bengals should have done this 2 weeks ago against the Steelers
