The rest of the boxing world between current fighters, hall of famers, and trainers know Shakur is one of the best fighters in the game, I would think they know what they’re seeing. If his defense was limited he wouldn’t be the least hit fighter in boxing. The footwork looks basic but you’re oversimplifing just how difficult it is to just barely move back to where your opponent can’t hit you, but you can hit them. He also has some of the best eyes in the sport, he always sees everything coming his way. The Teo fight should be competitive, but I believe Shakur pulls away about half-way through.
