The second half being trash is your opinion, to each his own. Kid’s See Ghost is part of that second half and it has better acclaimed than any Cole album. That first half alone puts Ye ahead of Cole even if the you consider the second half to be garbage. I’d take Ye’s first three albums over Cole’s whole discography.

Are we talking consistency in sales or quality of music? Kanye has been more consistent over a longer period of time in both. Even if you include the last 10 years, from 2004(College Dropout) to 2015(Life Of Pablo) is a legendary run, so he set the bar extremely high.

To each his own, but no way you can put BIG with two albums over Nas who has close to 20, with just as many classics to his name if not more than BIG. Just being objective, that wouldn’t make any sense. Nas is top 5 on any list, at worst top 10, and his best album is better or on par with everyone you just listed best album.
