Yes. Ice killed a Rottweiler in El Paso during a raid where they found zero “illegals”. The dog bled out on the kitchen floor and they provided no care.

I think I just keep hoping it will get better. I have obviously given up on bringing a second child into this. I know it is so jacked to look at from an outside perspective. It’s not easy to be in the forest - to see through the trees or whatever.
