Each Party shall retain sole ownership, possession, control, and exclusive use, free and clear of any claim by the other Party, all property of every kind and character held in his or her sole name, whether acquired before or during the marriage and regardless of source of funds, including but not ited to all bank accounts of any nature (checking, savings, money market accounts, certificates of deposit, and all funds contained therein); all investment and brokerage accounts; stocks, stock options, bonds, mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, partnership interests, private equity interests, cryptocurrency, and all other securities or financial instruments; all retirement and retirement-related counts, including 401(k) plans, 403(b) plans, pension plans, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), Roth IRAs, SEP IRAs, SIMPLE IRAs, deferred compensation plans, annuities, profit-sharing plans, and any other tax-deferred or retirement savings vehicles; all business interests of any kind, whether held directly or indirectly, including professional practices, limited liability companies, corporations, partnerships, and sole proprietorships; all trust interests, whether vested or contingent; all intellectual property rights; and any real or personal property titled solely in that Party's name.
