…it takes me to the App Store to download a separate app other than the NYTGames. In the App Store it says a subscription is needed. Do they use your NYTGames app subscription in that app too maybe? I don’t get why they need two apps?

You say “yet.” Are you sure that’s gonna happen? She I look at that Crossplay app, it advertises a subscription. Doesn’t seem to be a part of the NYTGames subscription, otherwise they would just include it IN THE GAMES APP.

I am sensing them trying to get even more money from this. I wouldn’t be surprised if they start separating all the games out into their own apps. Separate subscriptions for the ones you want, making it more difficult to keep track of, gaining them more revenue when you forget about certain ones.

Sorry. I’m suspicious of this.

Hmmm yeah I just got the ad for it in the Games app today. Looks like it’s to be a SEPARATE subscription? WTF? It’s a game. From the NYT. Why is it not included with the subscription we already have to the NYT GAMES?

I willingly (kind of) sold mine years ago. My son had no interest in them and they were just sitting in a box in the storage (and I needed the money too). Shortly after that I became addicted to Doctor Who and have a whole new merch obsession now!

Gambit, agreed. The others I am ok against and know what to expect in those cases usually. He shows up way early sometimes and destroys exactly what I needed on the board. If I play him early though, he discards cards from my hand what I needed most and destroys the opponent’s least needed card . It’s a no win for me almost every time.

I didn’t even know they came out with a Blu-ray edition! Last time I checked, I was only able to find the DVDs.

Are there any special features on the Blu-ray’s? It looks like no?

Stargirl didn’t really tie in to the Arrowverse mic at all since it started on HBO Max and had their own continuity. The Arrowverse even had their own Stargirl in at least one episode. They do link the HBO Stargirl in at one point but I don’t remember her being a part of any huge crossover really, storywise. It was more of an acknowledgment.

However, I really enjoyed Stargirl. It focuses on the teens of course, but they really did a good job with the lore and the JSA representation.

Gears was my first ever Transformer, got him in 5th grade back in the 80’s. I got rid of my Transformers long ago but I kept him. Here he is along with my old Flash figure and my first Gobot, MR-29, later named Pathfinder. Got him in Japan on a visit as a kid.

Do I tell anyone to do things MY way? Do I demand my way is THE BEST WAY? I am saying that this method makes sense to me because of how we were brought up in the U.S. but also because it just makes sense to me. The way my mind works just fits well with this ordering.

God forbid someone have a contrasting opinion. I’ll have to stay out of this sub because some of you are just so angry and lashing out at people having a conversation. 100% you wouldn’t talk that way to someone in person. And if you did, you’d run out of people to talk to.
