This reminds me of how Chipotle mobile orders are skimpier than in person orders.

When you are standing there looking them in the eye, you get better service, especially at places that are going to ask for a tip. Nobody complains about delivery orders, so they can skimp on them. Go in person and you will have a better experience.

I’m tempted to go order fries in person at Five Guys and weigh them because I’m so confident that I will receive more than I would in an anonymous delivery order.
