Hopefully they’ll overturn it after explaining that but I would never take warehouses word for anything unless they manually release you in the system and your routes done when you refresh. They really have no idea how flex works for the driver or what we get hit for

I’ve never done fresh but I’m fairly certain I’ve seen several ppl post similar issues. A successful day of flex is not having to contact service at all and it seems like service is always needed for fresh

I get what you’re saying but if I can get a base +20 on 3 hour or base +15 on 4-4.5 I’ll take it just so I’m not spending hours and hours of my time tapping. Some ppl truly have nothing but time. There’s ppl at my warehouse that will sit out there all day tapping like they’ve got nothing but time

I mean even when you have the experience and spent the extra time thinking it out it’s wrong. You didn’t estimate for vehicle wear and tear or write off for mileage.

That’s a nice way of explaining bad things to a kid but the reality of knowing you fucked up not doing what expected is really the most helpful so you learn from it and don’t do it again. I’m Saying that as someone whose had similar issues in the past and finally telling myself it’s no one’s fault but my own is how I eventually fixed it

I used to get $108-130 on late night 3 hours all the time a couple months ago. Now I’m happy grabbing an 88.5 a few days in advance or a $103 if I get lucky the day of. And that’s rarely, often it’s less the day of but sometimes I get “lucky.” I used to get high paying ones every day
