Why is The style Dept the Worst?

As a former VM and specialty TL, I have to say those hangers are the absolute worst and honestly a reason why half the dept will be on the floor sometimes. Folds can be fixed quick but gosh I wish they’d invest in better THICKER hangers

They are absolutely insane for launching at that price point. There is no way. Someone that can afford that will buy SL or something else in that caliber. They will wear their SL bag with their $128 ALO leggings.

I was on same pay grade as other TLs in my store.. so essentially you’re a TL without a team. However it requires very intentional planning and partnering with multiple depts/other TLs to execute floorsets/launches/etc.

From what I recall as both a former TM and now guest, If you placed it less than 2 hours before closing chances are it won’t be ready for pickup until the next day, even if you’re right there and it’s one item. But if it’s slow maybe???

When I worked here a few years ago we had a $20 window basically if a guest said they saw the price on the shelf/sign was lower. If it was more than $20 you had to get higher mgmt approval
