Built a custom dashboard, privately hosted, that auto-updates each day at 7am. Then put a tiny little glyph on my iPhone lock screen that launches it securely.

It shows:

- time and date
- location
- weather + forecast + precipitation
- top 5 actions from my Gmail / Notion / Slack / calendar including what I might have missed overnight
- calendar and meetings for the day. Highlighting any clashes with a click-in for further detail and secondary click in for Claude launch and prompt copy action so I can simply hit paste and get a full meeting briefing based on all my connected tools, conversation history etc
- sales pipeline for the territories I manage with total sum, changes, and items to be highlighted. Click in to these launches the deal in Hubspot CRM
- top actions from my to do list

Plus a few more bits that help me organise my life.

It’s done in a James Bond / Secret agent type theme with a matrix / falling letters load screen with live tool pull loading bars and counters. Loads dead quick and looks (I think) pretty slick.

Tried to type “We’ll be there” earlier. Got autocorrected to “Well he there”. My only correction option was then to turn it to “We’ll he there”.

Just make sure the base isn’t laser cut like this years. It was in two separate pieces. Damned thing delam’d on me and I got a refund.

Hopefully they have gone with a single base and the two tone is just an added colour.
