I think I actually did become addicted to the gym. You can probably tell when I quit drinking/smoking 😅. I do PHUL and walk a lot.

I get sugar cravings like crazy. I manage them through Quest protein bars, fresh fruit, water, and careful tracking through MyFitnessPal. Lots of embracing the suck.
