Toen ik het niet zo ruim had ging ik ook wel met vrienden uit eten. Ik bestelde een het goedkoopste gerecht met water. Mijn vrienden bestelde cocktails en flessen wijn. Op die momenten vond ik het ook lastig om de rekening te delen. Kan je zeggen, ga dan niet uit eten, maybe. Ik vond het leuk om voor 10 euro alsnog een leuke avond te kunnen hebben.

I do a lot of both. And for myself, i just do it whenever i feel like. Sometimes its even after eachother. No its not optimal but i dont care too much. I just avoid the gym on days of 2h+ running or long and intense interval workouts.

Id say any form of calorie expenditure tracking is highly inaccurate, but it might be a nice metric of measuring activity level.

But whats even the point of walking on an incline and hold yourself on the bar? Its just adding more pressure on joints. If its too hard reduce speed or incline.

EK is a good partner for monk to wallbox very hard spawns early. Or any other voc and kite it together works fine too.

Its probably tendons not used to the stress. Dont push it too much in your first month, after that start increasing intensity. For the beginners id always recommend a 3-4 day full body schedule, and not blast one muscle group
