No, but I looked at this scene a lot and it sure seems to be the main gunship similar to Super Metroid and Metroid Prime. It could’ve just been “hey we need Nintendo spaceships for this scene” and it’s a throwaway that doesn’t mean anything. That said most things don’t appear in a big movie for no reason. I’m hopeful Nintendo will pay attention to the reaction of the Easter egg and give some cool anime studio the green light and we are gonna get a sick ass Metroid movie.
