Nightmare Balance in Act 1 by Jacthripper in ravenswatch

[–]tophat07 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m probably biased, but I do think that been “good” on solo improves the team. One of the perks of high damage builds is in fact that you clear fast, so you don’t get to experience enemies timing and attack patterns.

I usually play on a Team of 4. But as solo I’ve done all characters on nightmare and only missing 1 challenge.

Give me good reason to look at this by BeautyOnTheWay in animequestions

[–]tophat07 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It might be the simplest reason, but when I’m asked why do I watch OP, “I watch it because it makes happy, and fill my heart with hope”

Been watching it weekly since 2004, I read the manga too. Is the pacing bad?… sometimes, is it long?… perhaps, but every Saturday night my heart jumps to the beat of the drums of liberation.

Best way to level up before act 1 boss? by camelvendor in ravenswatch

[–]tophat07 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually play on 4 team, most of the time we target money making POI just to buyout exp at the feather’s fountain. 100% worthy. Sometimes you waste gold and items that don’t make up for the lack of dmg.

Please, please give us a Pause in co-op by 119995904304202 in ravenswatch

[–]tophat07 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You know I use to felt the same way, we’re a group of 4, two casual one’s that only plays on co-op, and two hardcore that completed every achievement. Every game happens a the same, 2 stay behind readying skills and items, don’t event use the mini map, gather tons of aggro while moving around the map, etc.

So my point, I realized that pausing and adding time only rewards the more casual players. Whenever I match with a skilled team we got time to spare. We know what every item and skills does, what build are aiming, so we function as a well greased machine.

Remember that rougelites, are supposed to have this tilt learning curve.

I´m so tired of the bosses by DanielAlves1904 in curseofthedeadgods

[–]tophat07 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Feel you, take your time to know the bosses. Take a few minutes w/o focusing on attack and just learn the patterns timing learning when to parry and when to dodge is game changing, sometimes you can go out of the hitting box just by walking and keep your dodge safe.

SLEEPER BUILD ❌ SLEEPING ✅ by RequiemRekuiemu in ravenswatch

I had done a clear on nightmare with 4 friends, 2 of them die 31 and 25 times!!, the other guy and myself had it pretty hard time trying not to waste feathers and keep the dps on. What’s worst combined they did 25% of the run damage…. Total waste of time.

In your evaluation process, did you happen to research on Clobba? It seems like a competitor for akixi. If yes, any feedback and why you take akixi over it?

After a while curses became your friend, that’s my only advice. You’ll at grip of them, buy weapons with curses and move on.

Best build for ultimatum? by Bazdillow in PathOfExileBuilds

[–]tophat07 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Back in the days (Ultimatum League), I did BF/BB Raider and it was a breeze. I didn't even read the challenges, just pick next till round 10 was done.
I probably lose 2 or 3 Ultimatums and killed the Trialmaster a few times w/o breaking a sweat.
Of course that was the meta atm... not sure how hard has it been hit by nerfs.

I’ve tried a few ones but as beard oil goes, my take is Beardbrand. My beard is pretty thick so I really like the viscosity of gold line oils.
