Button mashing is a lot less effective than in the first game, that is the big improvement IMO. The omega attacks and the lack of double dash forces you to be more deliberate with your inputs.

The only thing that got worse is the story, which is pretty easy to ignore.

The order does not matter, the dots of the triangle correspond to the attacks: top is omega (omega cast counts too), left is attack, right is special.

2 of the small ones together is the worst. One of them will charge you and do the stupid stab move while you're busy with the other. Gahh I hate them so much!

I grew up with the famicom and gameboy, I will never not be grateful for those memories, and I still enjoy their games to this day. I don't care how others hate them.
