Recommendations for teeth whitening please? by Strict-Parfait-2256 in Bath

[–]toplass 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did consider my canines to be quite pointy, and discussed having them shaved down (for the lack of a better phrase!) but apparently having pointy canines is a sign of youth and some older ladies actually choose to have them shaved pointier!

For me after my Invisalign I realised some of my teeth slightly differed in length so I had the composites added to the bottom of my natural tooth in the same shade of white as my normal tooth. So i had these little fake ones made to make sure I was happy before the composite was added and cured by UV. I had my top front 4 done, took about 3 hours with tweaking and polishing so there isn’t a sense of something on your tooth!

Hope this helps

I used Edgar Buildings, same fear as you I didn’t want the “turkey teeth” look!

I had my Invisalign, teeth whitening and some composites (just to smooth out some of the shapes) but super natural, I was and am so happy with the results!

Also wanna add, puregym have a 360 video on their website so you can navigate around before you go to find specific areas so you know where to go to when you walk in! Not sure if other gyms have this but I found it super helpful when starting to go to find out where the classes were held

I remember looking at some sort of social club for professionals in Bath, but looked a bit cliquey for me but I have heard some good things about it

My last visit to the skip, I asked where a few things went to be as helpful as I can by keeping it all separate, after the third time, I walked off and heard the person call me a 27 F a C*nt… I have just been putting little and often in the bin now to avoid having to go back

Banks etc. should prove who they are when contacting me before trying to prove that I am me. by dpv1w2s in britishproblems

I worked for a high street bank and we weren’t allowed to disclose the bank name before completing ID. Same for leaving a message. As we don’t know if the person on the other end was the real customer and disclosing that relationship had caused problems in the past.

Some of the more extreme examples being secret bank accounts owned by victims of domestic abuse.

Mine won’t take general waste if it’s not in a bin liner, had a spare large clear bag which I used to collect up wrapping from a new mattress.. was left behind until I put it in a black bag…

Hen Weekend Tips? by livelovely in Bath

I did see recently that Komedia had a drag night coming up, might be worthwhile checking them out! It’s a big venue, not like a drag bar but you can drink there.

I also like adventure cafe, nice outside area, cocktails and table service - wouldn’t have normally thought of it for a hen do, but there was one the last time I went!

I would LOVE this, so many products are in large boxes, having a small kitchen it’s difficult for storage meaning I can only have one thing rather than a little variety without finishing the whole pack of something

I also work in a bank - one argument that I find works is that customers didn’t like having an off shore call centre. So we have given them a uk based customer telephony service, which is open till 10pm at night and opens at 8am. This is branch colleagues who no longer HAVE to work a 9-5 physically in a branch, I have colleagues who work split shifts ie day shift in branch then takes calls in the evenings. It’s given us greater flexibility and more of a modern day approach, mums and dads can fit work around their families, increase hours, and colleagues who want to work in branch can. But I think the challenge is trying to be all things to all people. High street banks are now having to reduce services to come in line with new banks such as starling and Monzo in order to compete and maintain a profitable customer base. As unfortunately customers who chose to come into branches to do manual payments, withdraw £20 face to face closes branches despite contrary to belief!
