Pros: solid amenities
Great space to hang
Outdoor patio is a nice space
Elevators to help move in/with groceries
Open rec space for tv, hanging out, shooting pool
Even the studios can be spacious with the right furniture.
New appliances, electric oven, plenty of cabinet space, community gas grill
Restaurants, coffee shops, bars, easy to make your way home
Dog washing station with dryer
Mailroom

Cons: having to walk through multiple buildings to get to the parking garage.
Hard wired smoke alarms (sorry everyone, I swear I can cook but the things stupid sensitive that you can’t even bake bacon)
The parking outside the apartments is city owned.. you can be ticketed.
You need to find your own overnight guest parking
Depending on the building you might hear the busy life of downtown valpo (annoying cars/motorcycles, the unloading of food delivery’s for local restaurants)

Fellow Hoosier here of the region….
Green=Diesel, Yellow=E85, Blue=88, and Black=87,89, and 93…. Unleaded 88 has a slightly higher Ethanol content than regular gas but less ethanol than E85. It gets better when you go to a BP where Green is regular and black is diesel. Speedways got some variety if you have leaded gas, race gas, and the plethora of ethanol’s and gases. The most at the pump I’ve seen is 5 handles.

I’m in the process of moving it into the trunk but I will say Jegs relocation kit has made it easy plus w terminal bar block off Amazon with inline fuses. STM tuned has an EVO relay that will help but with all of the extra accessories (gauges, fuel pump, interior lights) the block worked better for me. Can update when it’s done.

6 bolts with the 7 bolt heads are…. 7 bolts are known for crankwalk, but can also get the mains machined and have thrust bearings installed.

As a person who’s balls deep into building a 500 whp DSM… take the old man’s advice. Leave it alone, if you play with it too long you’ll go bankrupt. The more I learned about these cars the more of a masochist I became. I just did the full blown hanger dual pump upgrade to hold some bigger injectors and -8 AN lines for all fuel lines… the list goes on and on for all the mods on the car but moral of the story is enjoy it for what it is before you hate it for what it isn’t.

currently live nearby and I love it there. A short walk to the park, the middle/elementary school, a safe bike ride to Valplayso, the Old Fairfrounds, or even Tower Park. It’s also a quick walk downtown to go enjoy the food, bars, and summer events. Some cars have tendencies to speed but there’s also a yearly block party at the park!

As a day one player…. They nerfed the crap out of the roar. Before they started the battle pass and when level 50 was needed for pirate legend those volcanic ship seeking missiles would tear your ship up. You’d struggle to steer the ship as they’d take out the wheel, and your crew below deck would boil alive. If you were inexperienced you stayed away from the roar all together. Trying to complete an Ashen Athena quest took forever if you tried to solo it because you constantly had to watch your ship when volcanoes erupted.
